It’s very hard especially if working to get an appointment when the triage list is often closed at midday. And even then it could be days before you even get an appointment. I know it’s not always your fault but I believe more needs to be done to correct.

Suggested improvements
More staff to ensure people can get to see a Doctor rather than just over the phone! Things get missed that way and could be dangerous in my opinion
