I obtained an appointment within 24 hours for a non-urgent problem from a friendly and helpful receptionist. I subsequently attended 2 consultations on consecutive days with Dr Challoner. He was very professional throughout and his treatment of my condition was extremely thorough. I am completely satisfied with the treatment I received and would recommend without hesitation. I have been a patient at this practice for more than 30 years and have always found all the doctors, nurses and receptionists to be very professional in every way. The receptionists are always welcoming and friendly and I have always been able to get an appointment without difficulty.
