I would prefer to see a better appointment system. For instance this morning I spent nearly 15 minutes on the telephone trying to make an appointment even before actually speaking to the receptionist. When asking for an appointment for a certain day we are told to ring up at 8 am in the morning, so there is always a long queue at that time.
