It took 3 days to bee able to get through on the telephone. Then had to wait 6 days for a face to face appointment.

Clearly you don't have enough staff for the number of patients on your books. The surgery needs to get back to being able to answer phones in a timely fashion and be able to provide face to face Doctors appointments on same day.
