I telephoned 85 times before I got through, I then waited all day for a telephone call and then received a text message at 2.50 to be told I would get a call 3 days later...it was Friday, I am asthmatic and I had a chest infection which previous medication had not cleared and I had had for 3 weeks; to be told this was not acceptable. My husband visited the surgery to voice his concern and was told to ring 111 or 999 over the weekend if I got worse. He asked for his concerns to be noted on my record.

Suggested improvements
I think above sums it up. When I did get a call on Monday, you didn't seem to have me marked as asthmatic but the practitioner could see I was on asthma medication..surely my condition should ring alarm bells when I'm saying I can't breathe and have chest pains and coughing...I hadxalso asked, and been prescribed additional inhalers.
