Blood test ran 25 minutes late. Attitude of staff was as if you were interrupting their day. Telephone situation is abysmal even if you have been told to call doctors. Often no one available to take your call! Prescriptions are frequently incorrect both type amounts and where it is sent to and then you have to spend hours on phone trying to correct it.

Suggested improvements
More staff with a ‘can do’ attitude occasionally I get one and they are amazing. Allow staff within realms of safety to deal effectively with issue rather than the usual of this is how we did it in past. Things could run more effectively and effectively with some joined up thinking and ultimately save time and money!
