I’m quite happy to be triaged by telephone & will always recommend this to others for non-urgent matters. I use the app to do this but usually there is at least a couple of weeks wait to get a telephone triage. This feels like a bit of a long time. However, once triaged on Thursday I had an appointment on the following Monday so that part was fantastic and I was referred to an appropriate practitioner and am happy with the outcome. Until reading your questionnaire, I didn’t realise that you could pop into the surgery and make an appointment. I think I would prefer to do this if there was something I felt that I needed to see a doctor for quickly, rather than holding on to the phone for ages.

I have only been with the practice for the past couple of years, and have found the service that you provide to be extremely good. All of the staff that I have met have been extremely professional and friendly. Thank you for your good work. Unfortunately, I’ve just read the next question and have to say it is biological sex surely that is the important thing in healthcare, not how someone identifies. I suppose it could be worse, as you could have used the ridiculous phrase ‘ gender assigned at birth’. Biology counts! I am female.
