If I walk to the surgery, rather than phone up, it is easy to get an appointment. The reception was ok though it is a little difficult to talk and hear through the barrier. The nurse was excellent and checked that I understood why I was having a blood test, took blood efficiently and linked the discussion to my other appointments.

Suggested improvements
Perhaps some form of microphone, speaker might be useful through the receptionist's barrier
