Appointment was repeatedly changed and surgery was changed. Sea road surgery is in desperate need of a clean and tidy as it looks and smells run down. The receptionist there was dismissive. Nurses didn’t use gloves or alcohol wipes when taking blood although they were friendly. Since become a group of surgeries the service has become abysmal to navigate and the ability to get to speak to a dr is nigh on impossible. Collington surgery used to be amazing but is a poor shadow of its former glory.

Clean and redecorate Sea Road. Receptionists could have a nicer attitude.
