Had to reschedule my child jabs 4 times and on each occasion the receptionist were very accommodating and listen to my needs and requests. I also would love to sing the praises of the nurse who we had I believe her name is Zoe! She is amazing and a credit to your surgery. She kept me fully informed at all stages of the jabs and also helped with any anxiety I was feeling no point in the appointment did I feel rushed or ushered out. She ensured to gained my consent along with giving me an information leaflet and booking me in for my next appointment. I’d also like to give my appreciation to the nurse Lynn she done the babies first jabs and the same as above! She was also fantastic and helped with any worries I had, Iv previously had an absolutely awful experience with one of the nurses and I can say both Lynn and Zoe have help. I really can’t put into words how great they both are!

Suggested improvements
Around my previous awful experience a clear note on mine and my child’s file would be great so that I’m not booked in with a nurse that I’d refuse to see due to her leaving one of my children with a scar I shouldn’t need to be explicit in my not wanting an appointment with her. However as the receptionist are unaware they have tried to book me with her. Something like a pop up note would be great to say no appointment to be booked with Karen.
