Staff seem to be busy making tea, only one patient in the surgery other than myself who was seen before me and then I waited and was seen roughly 10 minutes after the appointment time (tea break??) The person introduced herself by name but not her role. Whilst I was still in the room another member of staff just walked in and started chatting to her, didn't knock on the door, nor apologise for the intrusion. Which is poor practice. This service has deteriorated beyond belief in recent years. Complaints have been sent to CQC on several occasions. Staff attitude varies from rudeness and incompetent to polite and helpful. Having sat and overheard inappropriate staff conversations at both pebsham and Collington I would say it's the whole group practice. I am nhs staff and would be in front of head of nursing if I behaved in any way like some of the staff here. Unimpressed. Can't even remember when I was able to get an appointment when I actually needed it.. 10 day's phone call everyday to get onto the triage list is disgusting.

Suggested improvements
Absolutely everything. Training staff to knock on doors, to process prescriptions and even to answer the phone. Primarily stop gossip and rudeness.
