Far worse now joined with Pebsham surgery. Before it was quick and easy to get an appointment at Collington surgery and you could even ask to see a certain doctors Receptionists would always try to accommodate you. Now very hard to make an appointment. Service is far worse.

Make it easier again to make appointments. We all have to go to work and cannot afford to spend so long on the phone. Choice of surgery to attend. Doctor needs to be more involved with my chrones. Gastroenterology nurse phoning and telling me to go to my gp. The gp then telling you its nothing to do with him as you are under a consultant . Confusing.
