I had an appointment last week, i got there well on time as my appointment was at 11:45 and i was still waiting at 12:10 i asked the nurse who i was seeing and she said she was upto date with all her duties. I went to reception as i was behind with it and she said i was next, i went back into the waiting room and the nurse came out and appolygized and then i went in for my appointment.

Nothing everything is good.
