Impossible to make a telephone appointment without a wait of at least 30 mins. even if you call at 5 seconds past 8 am when you are told you are 34 th in the queue, how is that possible? I now always go into the surgery where my query is sorted within minutes by your charming and helpful staff , thank you.

Other than employing numerous telephone operators I don’t think so, and to be honest that would not be feasible.
