I rang Thursday morning and was rung shortly after with an appointment for Friday morning at 9.30. I was see promptly by a young man named Lee. He was friendly, kind and efficient. I am very pleased with my service and you are all a credit to the NHS. Thankyou.

I can’t think of much except coming to Collington took a little more organising for myself, I don’t have transport, but an elderly friend kindly brought me. I normally go to Sea Road Surgery. But I was so grateful to get an appointment, it wasn’t such a big deal.
