The new system is much more efficient than ringing for ages trying to get through between 8am-8.30am. However, I am not a fan of being asked so many personal questions by the receptionist in order to be placed on the triage list.

Suggested improvements
On this occasion I was happy with how I was dealt with other than being asked so many questions bearing in mind the nature of my need to see a GP. I appreciate however, that the receptionist was merely carrying out instructions.
