No it’s terrible to get an appointment. You can only phone between 8am - 12pm and that’s very difficult as the phone lines are so blocked. I phoned for my problem on a Friday morning. I didn’t hear back until Friday evening offering me an appointment on Monday evening.

More ability to phone for appointments rather than just the morning
