I rang with my problem last Friday, I was phoned back in the afternoon and offered a face to face with the Paramedic Practitioner on the following Tuesday afternoon. On the Tuesday morning the Surgery rang me to say the P.P. had gone sick and offered me an appointment at Ninfield Surgery at the same time to see the P.P. there.

Everything was fine can't suggest anything that would have made my experience better.
