It hasn’t been easy recently, as due to short to your staff. The triage list has been closed really early.

I’m guessing that more staff are needed. ie doctors . The waiting room was completely empty both when I went in and when I left 15 minutes later. This is often the case and yet you hear of people not able to get appointments.
