I understand the pressure on the service.
In my experience it results in frequent confusion over the whereabouts of prescriptions and long waiting time on the phone.
Suggested improvements
Irregular text notification of repeat prescription being ready. Either do or don't do it because otherwise it will result in unnecessary calls to reception asking whether or not a prescription is ready.
