I have tried ringing for an appointment and it is always the same, please try again later or you are a certain number in the queue and when you finally speak to someone, you get told all appointments are gone try again tomorrow. This was the same each day. Very frustrating and added to my depression. My partner went to the surgery at Pebsham and was told he could not book an appointment even for several days later. He then went to Collington where they were far more helpful and arranged an appointment for me.

Suggested improvements
Your telephone system needs changing. On several occasions the line drops the call and leaves you feeling helpless, frustrated and neglected. I had not seen a Doctor for years, it was either phone call with a paramedic, nurse practitioner and a doctor who gave my test results as Osteoporosis and arthritis. I became very depressed and a paramedic came to see me. We had to rely on 111, who sent paramedics twice and also advised on other occasions to go to the Conquest.
