68 and going through some unusual and scarry stuff. Got through on the phone where i am registered at collington straight away, within a short time telephoned and asked to come in to sea road surgery. Receptionists are in my mind more administrators, as they must be juggling all sorts of appointments to meet the needs of patients. The doctor abd myself had a chat about what my symptons were at Sea Road surgery, followed by examination and b.p.. We agreed to Bloods and ecg. Got an appointment for a few days later and thats all done. My nurse was lovely. I am new to bexhill and this was my first visit. My thanks to everyone

Suggested improvements
From what I saw when I went for tests, and noticed more nurses all dealing with patients, not sure they could have done more. Each in their own way talking to their patients. I even saw a receptionist come out to talk to a patient who went outside, asking if they were OK Lots going on on your signposted notice boards As a surgery in terms of fixtures and fittings. Some items could do with a refresh, hopefully that will come in the next financial year. Other than that, I could not fault my visit
