From previous experiences it necessitates phoning at 8.00 a.m but as everyone is also trying at same time it is not possible to get through. I have however when necessary been able to get a phone or video appointment and even send in a photo of an issue and get a call back. I suspect this is now the way surgery's will deal with patients issues going forward

Suggested improvements
I am generally satisfied with the service I receive, especially from the nurses who I have seen more regularly having quarterly B12 jabs or blood tests.
