I applied on line (I said it was not urgent),had a call back within no time and an appointment almost straight away. I am lucky as I can travel.to the surgeries. I dont mind which GP I see and I'm happy to see a nurse/paramedic if appliciable so I always get a quick appointment. I like the current system.
