1. Hanging on to the phone for the next agent...ok but after going from 11 in the queue to 2 and being cut off very frustrating...this has happened on a number of occasions. 18 minutes on phone then cut off another got down to 2 and it just rang with no answer for a further 6 minutes. The reception staff are very helpful and understanding when you get through. 2. I had an excellent consultant with a young doctor who was first class he got another doctor to confer. Sadly the prescription amount is no longer available so Pharmacy could not fill it...only having a larger size

Suggested improvements
Still trying to get the prescription changed...its Friday I got in touch will lovely receptionist on third attemp..explained the problem about prescription, she emailed the doctor. The pharmacy said it doesn't do this amount only larger tubes...so I am stuck without meds to help after a condition I had had from mid January...trying to self medicate seeking advice from Pharmacy which only increased the condition. I am miserable and in pain. Everyone been helpful but circumstances are against success.
