On arrival at Pebsham, the receptionist was friendly and kind and although there was a bit of a wait for the appt, this is inevitable sometimes. I was called to the appt by Dr Kumar who was friendly, efficient, understanding and caring throughout. For information my appt was booked via Collington surgery having been advised to contact for a face to face appt by Engage consult online triage. I had used Engage as unable to access my normal surgery.

Suggested improvements
The phone lines are the main issue and no appts available for concerns that require a GP appt but do not require ‘emergency on the day’ calls. Unfortunately, this leads to pressures on the GP to deal with many issues in one appt or alternatively patients going without care.
