Only recently joined this practice after moving to the area and am amazed at their efficiency and concern compared to my last practice.

Getting through by phone is still a nightmare. But the staff are wonderful when you see them in person

I didn’t get the care I needed.

Don’t employ trainee doctors. I believe we have right to see a proper doctor and at least some kind of treatment

Good appointment with Nurse Hev - appointment was on time, bloods taken well ( it’s usually extremely difficult to extract from me). Answered all my questions, overall as good as any appointment can be. Thank you.

There isn’t anything I can think of that would have improved this appointment.
