Receptionist was gleefully antagonistic and downright rude on the phone. Despite my calm and patient attitude she continued to interrupt and abruptly interject with her mean spirited, sarcastic tone. They messed up my phone calls twice, the doctor failed to call me back twice. I have kidney stones and plenty of pain, these people are awful. Go somewhere else, doctor's receptionist are known to be difficult but these ones take the prize for least considerate, least helpful, least compassionate and least knowledgeable. I'll add the fact the forgot to book me in a while ago and I ended up waiting from 11am until 4:30pm to be seen only a few years ago. They would no doubt love to antagonise some poor soul suffering from an unattended contidion just to play victim when they eventually crack under the pressure of being treated like prisoners in a concentration camp, I need not mention who the guards are in this instance.

Wish they had an online appointment system apart from that I think they provide a very good service

I can't really fault the surgery. I have been well looked after by my previous doctor, Dr Robertson, who has since retired and my new GP Dr Greene. I have a couple of ongoing health issues and had a diagnosis and treatment of Prostate Cancer and my treatment and after care has been excellent. If I have a gripe its about getting an appointment when I need it. but it is a busy surgery and therefore it is what it is.

Awful. Impossible to get an appointment, receptionists unable to take a message which ultimately resulted in a flare up of my condition. Have had to go private to fix. Complaints policy hidden. No email address to contact. No person or job title to address a complaint to, no visible complaints policy. Unsympathetic GPs - I have to take my husband into appointments with me so I've a witness if I'm fobbed off now. I have been shouted down by a GP before for daring to go in for the MRI promised by a locum. So so unhappy there but as I have an issue which impacts my mobility I can't actually get to another surgery. The locums tend to be super nice and will help you access treatment but the GPs who work there will fob you off with everything they've got. Do not see a GP who works there if you can avoid it - emergency appointments are the best route to avoid them. My son hasn't had a single breathing check in 3 years and I get looked at oddly when I ask. For a child who stopped breathing several times, I find their attitude oddly flippant. So they clearly get money to dole out inhalers but nothing for actually checking on a condition. Oh and they appear to have lost my smear test. Getting fobbed off on that one too - either the timescale changes when I phone or the person who can help only works a specific 2.5 hours a day. This 2.5 hour slot is different everytime you ring. If anyone knows how to complain I'd greatly appreciate the information.

I have no problems with the Practice....However today getting our Flu Jab in Lanthorn Community Centre I along with others were not amused having to wait in long queues which over the years has never happened. I was saddened to witness when leaving the Lanthorn an elderly lady with a tripod walking stick having to wait at the end of the queue back at the steps which one walks up before entering the Lanthorn. Sorry but I do not know why the Practice changed from set times to attend... to basically given whatever time you wish in an approx 3 hr slot this morning....It looked like many thought lets go later...thinking majority would have been but that was not the case....Hopefully next year will be better....
