Good kind caring doctors who listen to you. Always friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable environment. I hope I never move out of the catchment area. I have been with this surgery for 44 years ( since birth ). Doctors have retired and new ones have joined but it always remains as good as ever.

Repeat prescriptions can only be done via a phone line that is only open 11am-1pm then 2-3pm, however you always get an answer phone and im currently calling at 2.07pm and the message says its closed... Since the new pharmacy and loss of some doctors the surgery seems more like a business charging for notes and letter at the high end of the scale. Reception never seems interested in helping either

Surgery on whole is excellent. Doctors are brilliant you never feel rushed even if you have gone over the alotted time. The only problem seems to be with the appointment system which quite clearly does not work. You ring on the day at 8am and are told doctor is fully booked up and are told to try again the next day only to be told the same again on that day. The online booking system seems to be working but its a shame only one persons appointments can be made.
