This appointment was booked via a link and was okay. I do have an issue with attending a face to face appointment previously and being told by nurse to see reception to book another appointment as system wouldn't let her do it and walking through to reception to be told on a very surly manner that I would have to go home and phone to book this appointment as they don't do that face to face on reception. This was despite me trying to explain that it was the nurse's computer issues causing the problem. Completely Inflexible and bordering on rude. No common sense. Much better attitude from the two receptionists yesterday morning, friendly and welcoming

Never had an issue getting an appointment but this is dependant on how many others are ‘in the queue’.

Would like to see more appointments available using an on line system to save the waiting time to get through on the phone

Appointment with Ellen was fantastic; very thorough. She was more interested in finding out the cause of my problem, rather than treating the symptoms. Accompanying bloods appointment with Lisa was also fine, very friendly. Still waiting on a prescription query that I contacted reception about as I left. Will need to chase that after the weekend if I still don't hear anything.

Phoning reception at 8:30am for appointments is not ideal, it's very hit & miss if you get an appointment, plus the latest bloods appointments are at 3:30pm which impact on my working day.

I came for a blood test that had been requested by Dr Hockley. The phebotomist was friendly, chatty, professional and got my vein straight away which is good as my veins are not easy to locate.

It was brilliant.
