I have not seen my dr face to face for over a yr nor can I get a tepephone appt with her as she is always the on-call dr. I have been offered someone else but due to my anxiety I do not want to see anyone else. However when I have managed to get an appointment, the service has been excellent. Overall all the staff have been excellent I just wish it was easier to make an appointment and more face to face were available.

I have nothing but praise for all staff at Clarkson Surgery. Things get sorted very quickly and professionally. Also things are followed up with texts and phone calls.

I find it very difficult to make comments as I have not seen a doctor since 2017. As regards to visiting the surgery for health reviews and injections/inoculations I cannot fault any of the staff and nurses. I am also kept informed of any appointments by text messages.

I had injections and overall staff were professional and pleasant.

My experience today was handled very efficiently. I was in and out which is exactly how I like Doctor appts to be. Job done.
