Receptionist was very helpful explained my problem she spoke to a doctor and was told he would call me back which he did and gave me a appointment that afternoon

The surgery and staff are very good, helpful and friendly. As with other surgeries and probably no fault of clarkson the ability to get appointments is never easy but I cannot fault anything else with this surgery. Also, when our child has ever needed anything we have never been delayed or have any issues getting her straight in. Thank you.

I booked on line so no problem but have heard about how long you can be left waiting to be delt with on the phone.

I had appointment for blood test. Was not feeling 100% . Told nurse and she soon gave me ECG and took blood pressure. Doctor rang me at home and arranged medication and follow up appointment next month.

As i rarely visit surgery i cant judge but i was happy with my visit and care nurses showed.

Long wait in queue to get through but understand there are many more patients than there used to be.

Could have extra telephone lines.
