I phoned on Friday 13th as I felt very unwell. The receptionist went to consult Dr Othman and I was informed he would call me. I received the call soon after and was given an appointment in the afternoon. I was treated with respect from Dr Othman and prescribed the treatment I needed. A brilliant experience. On Monday 16th I had an appointment for blood to be taken followed by my B12 injection. Both went smoothly and on time. The phlebotomist listened to my concern about my veins and used a butterfly needle at my request. Another very good experience. .

I have two points to make. Firstly one of the receptionists spoke to me whilst leaning on the desk with her elbow and "twiddling" with her hair. Not very professional! Secondly, an observation. The surgery walls are looking in dire need of repainting, it makes the surgery look uncared for.

I see the nurse for a smear.She explained how they do the testing now,answered my questions and was very kind.

Fix the radiator.

Difficult to get appointments both phone and in person around work timings as phone lines are not open until 8.30a.m. and the school day begins then. However the covid and flu vaccination clinic was brilliant, run very smoothly.

Have an online triage system, have earlier opening phone lines
