The Nurse Practitioner, Lucy Martin did a face-to-face pill review. Brilliant. Very considerate of me as I suffer really bad social anxiety. Lucy took the time to talk to me about my perimenopausal symptoms too which helped me a lot.

Spoken to Karen on the phone, very friendly and helpful. Advised for ECG on same day with Nicola. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Karen popped into appointment and gave further advice and reassurance.

I had cause to take my partner to the surgery yesterday with BP readings. He also had bloodtests. All went well. Dr Smith joined us with our nurse Nicola just to see how my partner was and to comment on meds he was taking explaining that they should remain the same until blood results come back. It was lovely to see her. Our nurse Nicola always lovely and caring. Was also great to see some painting had taken place, not too soon quite honestly. Thankyou again for a good experience on our appointment.

With my partner's care and mine I can add nothing as we are both watched over very well. I care for my partner and help him as much as I can and that includes phone calls on his behalf so no grumbles. I his partner am filling this in. He is very happy with his care from surgery too as chronic heart failure

I was invited to get a flu jab by the surgery. On the day, I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Very professional, and extremely good. Thanks.
