The times to ring the surgery to be able to get an appointment are not compatible with my work hours, so an earlier option would be better. Also an email system might be worth considering.

I have never had any issues getting an appointment and I find the receptionists really helpful

Attended a pre- arranged appointment for my Flu & Covid injection. Whole thing was very well organised, staff were polite and friendly. I was seen earlier than my appointment time and was in and out in 5 minutes. Well done Clarkson.

I came for pre booked covid and flu vaccination, was treated on time with pleasant staff. Last visit I found the surgery grubby but this visit the decorators had been in and it looked so much brighter and clean. Well done Clarkson.
