I booked a review on line. I was able to choose a time convenient for me. I was seen on time. The Nurse discussed my blood test results and answered any questions I had.
I left the surgery feeling confident that I was treated as an individual and not just another patient.

Telephone to make Appointment can be horrendous wait.

Dreadful surgery no reviews given for medication can’t get to see a doctor and I was at a all time low. The nurse who does blood tests is very friendly and helpful.
Hello Many thanks for providing us with your feedback and we are sorry to learn of your disappointment with our service. We have an ongoing programme to review patients medication, if you have a concern about yours specifically, please contact me at t.zeferino@nhs.net and I will get one arranged for you. We have a multi-disciplinary team who are skilled and experienced clinicians and patients will be placed with the most appropriate depending on patients medical needs. Through our telephone triage system, they will identify from speaking with our patients what the problem is and will invite patients in for a face to face appointment if they can't identify the problem or if they feel they need to see a patient. All our triage calls are discussed with our clinicians and there may be times based on what patients tell us that a course of a particular medication is the most appropriate treatment. Kind regards.
