Havinhg just attended the Surgery and seen by Nurse Kelly I found her attitude, her mannerisam and her total aspect of listening and care offered was exemplary in
every detail. It really was a breath of fresh air and I hope she stays and I get to see
her when needed.

Nothing because if I said I would welcome a hug I know I would be pushing it.

It’s very hard to get appointments as you have to sometimes 45mins waiting to get your phone call answered

Sometimes it’s really hard to get an appointment to talk to anyone, but thankfully this time I got through and got a call back for triage and I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful caring and understanding person, especially considering how sensitive it all was, I cannot thank her enough.
