I tried for three consecutive weeks for an appointment I was not even offered an appointment with a triage nurse just told by receptionist to eat drink and take paracetamol

Offer me an appointment as I was still feeling ill three weeks later

I phoned at 10 o clock, gave details to the receptionist, she asked me to hang on so she could talk to a colleague, then said Kelly would call me, Kelly called at 10 30 , took the time to read my notes, and asked to see me at 12.00 . Called dr. Othman talked about my symptoms thoroughly. I cannot fault Kelly for her caring manner, I left very satisfied.

Nothing completely satisfied with the care I was given.

My experience with all the staff has been very good, helpful and friendly

Simply because you can spend hours on the phone and still not get an answer, you do start losing the will to live, sometimes holding on and then giving up.

I know the people in the surgery are busy holding on sometimes for over an hour on the phone is not acceptable by any standards. Phone should be answered a lot quicker. AND THAT CRAZY MUSIC YOU PLAY IS ADSOLUTELY SENDING ME AROUND THE BEND EVEN SOME CLASSICAL MUSIC WOULD BE BETTER.

Have to wait ages to get through to reception on phone. Have to wait weeks to get a telephone chat with a doctor. Never offered a face to face appointment with a doctor.
