I have had regular dealings with the surgery in the last year, and have been treated well but not once seen a doctor, although they have called me regarding results.

Have seen numerous staff , but feel it would be better to be seen by the same person.

I had my blood test. I was seen so quickly even though I was early. Nice clean room happy friendly nurse very informative fast and didn't hurt.

Attended the surgery for blood test, blood pressure, and med review. Was seen quickly and Katy lovely. I have always been happy with the medical team, no complaints. My only complaint was on one occasion I was very badly treated by a Receptionist, unhelpful and callous in the extreme.

Happy with everything on this occasion.

I gave my answer because I was treated so well both by the lovely receptionist and then by Dr Hockley who was truly amazing I really feel that I am going to get the help I need because of her I can't thank her enough
