The nurse I see for blood tests is great so friendly and chats as if she knows you. You can’t get to see a doctor had an appointment in October but the rest of the times phone calls have really struggled at times but still no appointment just up your tablets or we will try something else. Also self referral that I was told to do in December still no appointment but you can’t be referred by your doctor?

Listen to people who are struggling and at least get them an appointment I have been struggling with anxiety but no help or back up.

As always the reception team were courteous and helpful. I spoke to Helen who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as personable and caring. Without doubt Helen is the best healthcare professional I have received care from. I definitely recommend the team at the Clarkson Surgery.

We have found that it is impossible to get to see an actual Doctor only seeing Nurse Practitioners. When we are told that the doctors are working from home we find this an absolute joke.

Allow appointments to be made when you actually get through and not sit waiting all day for someone to ring you

I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment to see someone. Only quibble would be how long it takes on the phone to get through. All the staff, including the reception team are very helpful and work to a professional, caring and high standard. Our town has grown considerably over the last few years yet I’m always seen to promptly.

I feel the phone system is a problem, especially if you were elderly.
