I went for a blood test. The surgery was ready for me and all went smoothly. I also made an innoculation appointment at the same time, no problems at all.

Depending on the severity of your problem but so far I have been offered telephone appointments and face to face. I had a blood test today. Lisa is always pleasant, friendly and cheerful

Usual long wait on telephone. Never any free appointments online.

What can be done to improve making appointments?! Along with others I know, we almost lose the will to live...when in a long phone queue!

Long process to get to the reception. Once past that reasonable time waiting for receptionist to answer, then fairly quick to proceed through to getting to speak to a member of the medical team. Back up call was efficient and friendly in sorting out my problem.

In the present situation I understand the current problems with staffing levels (shortage of doctors) but non the less it is frustrating not to be able to see a doctor in person. Myself personally have not seen a doctor since 2019(face to face). In the current situation we (the patients)have to accept that until the practice can recruit more doctors it's not going to change in the future. NOT YOUR FAULT.
