I felt they cared in reception and receptionist immediately dealt with my problem which although on going I'm being helped as quite urgent

Receptionist did not appear friendly and was just there to do her job. I would have signed in on appointment screen but it was not working. I am never able to get an appointment this was an annual review

Happier reception staff as they are the first people you greet.

It takes so long to ring the surgery and queue for a call.

I do find most of the staff helpful and courteous

I saw a nurse who checked my pulses, she was thorough in her work and told me my pulses are fine. She suggested I try compression socks, for which she measured my legs and I will get them in a couple of weeks. No problems.

At this moment in time everything is fine.

Haven’t had to telephone for appointment so haven’t spoken to receptionist Was invited for a blood test as well as my regular B12 All went smoothly
