I booked in on the screen ,so had no interaction with receptionists this time, but in the past ,they have always been polite and helpful,never had a problem ,I'm happy with the way the surgery is run ,I feel if you are really ill you will be seen ,this system stops all appointments being took up with time wasters and hypochondriac's in my opinion ,as years gone by waiting rooms would be full of them

Overall my experience on this occasion was a highly positive one. The only thing I could say was the receptionist wasn't overly friendly. The nurse who took my blood was lovely and did a great job, not a single bruise in sight. I then saw Dr Smith who was equally lovely and explained everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. I felt my needs were met and left satisfied.

It was a little difficult to hear the receptionist speak perhaps that was why she wasn't too happy.

It was easy to book the appointment for shingles vaccination and the Sister was very helpful and explained fully about the vaccine.

I was completely satisfied.

It is difficult to see a Dr face-to-face but it’s pretty much the same at all surgeries.

It was really good. I have no complaints at all.
