Once you've negotiated the call system things are fairly quickly dealt with.
Had blood test and blood pressure done no waiting to see the nurse very polite.
Blood taken for testing. Got in straight away, super efficient phlebotomist. Lovely lady.
No bruising, great care.
Getting through was difficult. I did find the pre messages quite aggressive and the shouty notices in the surgery. I agree people should be polite but when the surgery has gone backwards since Covid, I can understand why some people would be unhappy.
The receptionist had to get some help as she was on a call, so a queue formed while she was helping a caller as she was the only one on desk duty.
I am going to ask the question we all want to know…..how many doctors are in residence? I know it’s not going to be like it used to be but it just feels worlds apart from the service that is available else where.
I do feel for the receptionists, as it’s not a job that you get any thanks for.
Still takes an age to get through. Be better if we were given a waiting time along with the position in queue. Once through though it didn’t take too long.
