Overall very satisfied . Seen by nurse on time. Very good care and treatment and full explanation of what’s happening treatment and aftercare. Follow up appointments raised by nurse at end of appt. No complaints Only issue is length of time to wait on making original appt over phone. Need est waiting time as well as place in queue Otherwise excellent

I spoke to Oman concerning my levels of cholesterol and he put me at ease after quite a long phone conversation - I am now on Statins - and asked the pharmacist this morning if they will be added to my schedule and she replied in the affirmative
