Can never get an appointment dint do ears,don't do insect bites, don't do minor surgery ,dont do eyes don't do alot of things since covid refer you to North cambs !! Who in tern are fed up of Clarkson referring everyone I've given up went private for my knee

Myself and wife find it difficult to get up in the morning so the 8 am rush to get an appointment is very difficult

Having more appointment times and being able to book online.At the moment all online bookings are all booked up for two weeks and no slots are available

Saw Joseph yesterday for a check up appointment and he was very helpful indeed, very pleasant , kind man and he went above and beyond to check everything was ok with myself

Usually in a queue but once connected reasonably quick in dealing with enquiries

Perhaps at peak time 8:30 to 9:30extra phone lines could ease the queue.
