Receptionist must of them are rude is feel like they don’t want to be there.

Need more polite staff at the reception.

I've always had a good experience with this surgery. The receptionists are helpful, friendly and patient. I've always been able to get an appointment when I've needed one and found doctors and nurses to be professional and caring.

Everything was good. No improvement needed.

I went for an appt was 10 mins early for 2.30 . I asked if appts was running on time she said yes . I explained I had another appt to get to at lynn and needed to be out by 3 . At 2.55 I still sat waiting so I didn’t attend appt as I would have been late for my one at lynn !

Receptionist told the truth !

it's very hard to see a doctor now days things should go back to pre covid all this telephone appointments is not good and ppl wonder why lynn A&E is over stretched

the whole doctors is not good it should go back to how it was before it's like no one cares that's why ppl are dying because all the get is a telephone appointment which is silly
