We are finding that The Clarkson Surgery is absolutely terrible. There does not appear to be any doctors at all and the only people you can see are the Nurses. A visit to the surgery you would expect it to be busy but it is like the morgue,we cannot believe that there is so few people In need of seeing a Doctor. Told on more than one occasion that the doctor is working from home, unbelievable.

Allow your patients to actually see a Doctor, it is disgusting

Because you can't get through then you don't get to talk to the doctor

More appointments and to get the doctor of your choice not to be put in with a nurse or talk to a paramedic

and as always I find all staff at Clarkson to be first class in the service they give. On the 5th September I had a Blood Test which the nurse was happy and caring in her approach and very efficient then I had a discussion with Karen who was very informed on my health condition and again was very pleasant and caring so much so I felt completely at ease. I wondered if this was the same Karen who was at the practice some time back who I had a lot of admiration for when she took great care and gave me good advice? Furthermore recently I have had to speak and visit the Pharmacy and as with all of the Clarkson team they were very pleasant and it makes me feel I am important to them. Well done all.

My only suggestion is when I arrive to book in at reception there is normally a queue which is only to be expected but I am very patient only having severe back Pain of which I am on medication for it would be a great help if there was a chair I could use whilst waiting my turn. But hey if that is the only suggestion I could make you must be doing and giving a brilliant service. Whilst I have never seen a Doctor from day one I have seen Kelly and Karen and they are the best there is so please do not upset them so they leave as if this happens my world would come crashing down.

Receptionist was busy but didn’t acknowledge me at all ,she could say she was busy and would be with me soon

Acknowledge people when they arrive it doesn’t take 2 minutes

I had to go for a blood test and lisa was very friendly and made the experience very calm and put me at ease straight away
