I need to have regular blood tests because of medication I'm on. Didn't use reception used screen. Surgery is always clean first thing. Lisa took the blood sample and made next appointment. Not always this easy for other appointments.

My guess is you do what you can with what you've got. Staff car park would be nice to free up space for patients but where are you going to put it? I'm not the type that always wants to see a doctor but now and again would be nice.

Went to have some blood taken and am very impressed with the new service. I was called in straight away and the young lady was very pleasant and friendly. Much improved on the old system of waiting hours.

My appointment was for a blood test,which was quick and on time.

Got an appointment for a blood test easily but that is not always the case when I need to see a doctor. The appointment for the blood test went very smoothly. Very efficient phlebotomist.
