The first time I rang, I was told fairly bluntly, that appointments could only be triaged and issued on the day. I rang back the next day and was then told that I would not see a doctor but receive a phone call. So be it. I actually spoke to and then later in the day saw a paramedic, who was wonderful. Very helpful, sympathetic and concerned for my well being. But, my concern is that my confidentiality should be with my doctor, not with a person at the reception desk. I object very strongly with having to justify to a non medical receptionist as to why I need to see a doctor. Once in the system the care I received was excellent.

My appointment with Nicola yesterday, was very good as always. Very patient answering all our questions and seemed to know everything she had, or intended to know. Very trustworthy. Still not seen a Dr in many years but I'm sure we would if it were necessary. The nurses and nurse practitioners always do an amazing job. Thankyou everyone including receptionists

The Dr's and staff are excellent at this surgery, they are friendly and professional, and always do their best to ensure you get the best care you can. Best Dr's in the area!!

Not normally easy to get an appointment or to even get through to speak to anyone. My son had a very bad ear ache a few weeks ago and when I finally got through to the surgery I was told to take him to minor injuries. Not a minor injury in my opinion. The paramedic who treated him was very good and prescribed antibiotics. But I do feel he should have been seen by his dr. However, my appointment to see Lucy was very easy as she made me the appointment last time I saw her. This surgery definitely needs more doctors to accommodate its vast amount of patients. The surgery itself is always very clean and almost empty when I’ve been in.

Actually get to see a doctor rather than pass people to minor injuries.
